  I'm extremely disappointed with the staff at Chateau du Sureau.
  
  I mentioned to the staff that I was interested in booking a 2 night stay to celebrate by birthday, and baby moon (as I'm 6 months pregnant). Unfortunately the reservationist mentioned nothing about a fire in the area that is impacting the air quality... Upon finding out about the air quality issue literally 30 minutes after making the reservation, I called back to cancel.
  
  Unfortunately Chateau is still charging a 10% cancellation fee. I will not be staying here in the future.

  Amazing staff and food. True serenity. What more could you ask for? A perfect stop on the way to the park. Also, don't forget to check out the grounds. They are beautifu!
